Returning Systems or Parts for Repair:
- All systems or parts must have the RMA number to return.
- Please call or email to get the RMA number and to request an RMA form.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges for shipment to Jasper Technology unless covered by warranty
- Jasper Technology will pay to ship the merchandise back to the customer.
- Systems must be properly packed before the shipment.
- Customer will be responsible for the damages to the system or components during shipping back to Jasper Technology for repairs.
- Problems generated by third party software applications, peripheral devices, any other hardware added to system by customer not bought from Jasper Technology are not covered by our warranty.
We will not support compatibility issues related to any OS other than the OS with which Jasper Technology shipped the system. Please note that we are loading and testing the systems with your choice of OS version.
