RMA Policy

Returning Systems or Parts for Repair:

  • All systems or parts must have the RMA number to return.
  • Please call or email to get the RMA number and to request an RMA form.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges for shipment to Jasper Technology unless covered by warranty
  • Jasper Technology will pay to ship the merchandise back to the customer.
  • Systems must be properly packed before the shipment.
  • Customer will be responsible for the damages to the system or components during shipping back to Jasper Technology for repairs.
  • Problems generated by third party software applications, peripheral devices, any other hardware added to system by customer not bought from Jasper Technology are not covered by our warranty.

We will not support compatibility issues related to any OS other than the OS with which Jasper Technology shipped the system. Please note that we are loading and testing the systems with your choice of OS version.

Return for credit or refund:

  • Systems must be returned within 30 days of Invoice date.
  • All these returns have to be pre approved by Jasper Technology.
  • There should not be any physical damage to the system.
  • Product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • All the manuals and CDs must be included.
  • For systems being returned without any hardware problems, 15% restocking fees may apply.
